I’m excited to share my first official ‘calm & simple’ tip with you.
Today, we’re talking all about the eyes. Yep, our poor peepers get stressed-out too – all that looking, gazing and squinting can take a toll.
The eyes are surrounded by 6 tiny muscles, and just like any other muscle in the body, they can suffer strain, weakness and fatigue (hello late-night Netflix!)
When our eyes are feeling icky, they can become red, dry, itchy and even cause headache.
Of course, as ‘windows to the soul’ we want our eyes to look their sparkliest, right?
