Tired woman yawning

(Video) Calm & simple: Refresh your tired eyes.

Hello gorgeous friend, how are you?

I’m excited to share my first official ‘calm & simple’ tip with you.

Today, we’re talking all about the eyes. Yep, our poor peepers get stressed-out too – all that looking, gazing and squinting can take a toll.

The eyes are surrounded by 6 tiny muscles, and just like any other muscle in the body, they can suffer strain, weakness and fatigue (hello late-night Netflix!)

When our eyes are feeling icky, they can become red, dry, itchy and even cause headache.

Of course, as ‘windows to the soul’ we want our eyes to look their sparkliest, right?

Take a ‘look’ at my yoga-inspired tip for bright eyes.

Extra calm

For me, you can’t beat a warm, deep bath to soak the stresses of the day away. If you’re a bath lover too, you’ll enjoy my musings on How to turn your bath into a calming oasis.

I also had a meditation article featured on the Wellbeing Magazine blog this month.

And with Spring in the air, I’ve ramped up my early morning walks and even celebrated my first ocean dip of the season – brrrr!

How have you been creating calm lately? Email me and let me know, or pop over to facebook.

Until next time, love and calm, Bronni

Ps: I also recorded a new meditation to help you shed the old and welcome in something new. Give it a listen and let me know what you think.

    Ohh Bronni so lovely.
I’m very excited to mostly have access to all this whilst I’m travelling.
I had tired eyes as I sat waiting for Caliya to finish her clarinet lesson. I did your warm palm eye exercise and now my eyes feel better xxx

Yay! Glad it helped, it’s one of my favourite tips. Happy travels! 🙂
